A laser welding robot is a welding device that heats the surface of the workpiece in a narrow area when the laser beam is focused on the surface of the workpiece, and connects two workpieces by melting the workpiece and slightly solidifying it. The robot is equipped with a laser welding head, which can realize high-precision welding in a three-dimensional space environment.
The welding process of laser welding robot generally includes the following steps:
1.preparation work: the workpiece is deburring, grinding, cleaning and other pre-treatment, set the welding procedure and welding parameters.
2.establish the welding position: use the robot coordinate system to determine the exact position of the part to be welded.
3.Positioning welding head: The robot accurately locates the welding head to the part to be welded according to the set welding procedure.
4.welding: The robot focuses the laser beam on the weld, heats the surface of the workpiece to melt it, and is used for connecting between metals. During the welding process, the robot uses a laser to monitor and track the weld for precise welding.
5.cooling: the robot stops the laser irradiation and cools, so that the welding area cools rapidly to achieve a stable connection state.
6.complete the relevant work: after the welding is completed, the robot moves the welding head and carries out subsequent related work, such as cleaning the welding head and recording the welding data.
In short, the laser welding robot achieves high-precision and high-efficiency welding by equipping the laser welding head. The main principle of the equipment is to use a laser beam to heat the weld, and heat the metal to the melting point temperature in a short time to achieve welding.
