First, laser to prevent condensation

Laser cutting machine laser and optical lens are the use of water cooling, high temperature and high humidity environment, pay attention to the prevention of laser condensation. Condensation can lead to damage or even failure of the electrical and optical components of the laser, thereby reducing the performance of the laser, and even leading to damage to the laser.

 

Multiple parts of the laser and the cutting head are cooled separately by water. It is recommended that the user set the water temperature of the laser at low temperature to about 22-26 degrees (the setting temperature depends on the machine power and the laser high temperature alarm range), and the water temperature of the cutting head and the optical fiber at about 30 degrees (depending on the temperature and humidity values).

Strictly follow the summer switching sequence. Switching order will also affect the occurrence of condensation, not in accordance with the correct order of switching, will cause the laser inside and outside the temperature difference mutation, resulting in condensation. When the ambient temperature is higher than 25°C, you are advised to switch on and off the device in the following way:

 

Boot sequence: First start the laser main power supply (air conditioning on) air conditioning run for about 30 minutes; Then start the matching chiller, wait for the water temperature to rise to the preset temperature and finally start the laser light work.

 

Shutdown sequence: Turn off the laser first, and then turn off the chiller.

Laser condensation how to do:

1. If the laser is found to have condensation, it should be stopped immediately;

2. Wipe the condensate water on the surface of the laser and adjust the temperature of the chiller. After the phenomenon of condensation is completely eliminated, the laser is started to work;

3, to cool the environment and reduce humidity, to reach the required area, it is recommended to build air-conditioned rooms.

 

Second, water cooler daily maintenance content

The condensation of the laser in high temperature weather is closely related to the operating state of the water cooler, so the first point to prevent condensation is to do the daily maintenance of the water cooler, and the specific cycle can be performed according to the following reference.

1.Check whether the cooling water of water cooler is polluted, if polluted, replace the cooling water in time 2 days/times

2.Check the water pipe interface for leakage, bending, clogging and other abnormal phenomena 1 month / times

3.Check whether the air outlet and air inlet of the water cooler are smoothly ventilated to ensure that the water cooler is used in a well-ventilated environment 1 day/time.

4.Regularly replace the circulating cooling water of the water cooler, and it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water 1 month/times.

5.Regularly dismantle and wash the dust net of the water cooler 2 weeks/times.

6.Regularly clean the dust on the condenser of the water cooler 2 weeks / time

7.The water cooler has a filter, need to replace the filter element regularly 1 month / time

 

 

The guide rail should be regularly cleaned, remove dust and other debris, ensure that the laser equipment is normal, the rack should be often wiped, add lubricating oil, the time should be adjusted, shorten 0.5-1 times the time compared with the spring and autumn season, and maintain the observation of oil quality.

· For the machinery working in the high temperature area, the viscosity level of the oil should be appropriately improved, and the temperature of the lipid oil is easily changed, and the oil should be properly refueled to ensure lubrication without debris.

· Carefully check the straightness of the cutting table and the track of the laser cutting machine and the perpendicularity of the machine, and maintain and debug in time if any abnormality is found.

· The guide rail should be cleaned and lubricated frequently, and the motor should also be cleaned and lubricated frequently to keep the machine in the best condition at all times, so that the machine can better position and cut more accurately during operation, and the quality of the cut product will be higher.

 

Third, machine cleaning and maintenance

According to the environment of the cutting site and the excessive dust of the cutting material, the internal space of the cutting hood of the machine should be cleaned regularly every day, and the combined factors such as metal dust accumulation + oil pollution + splashing sparks in the case of high temperature weather can easily cause small dust storms, causing unnecessary losses.
