Preparation before use of laser cutting machine

1.before use, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the machine, so as to avoid unnecessary damage.

3.check the chiller cooling water pressure and water temperature is normal.

1. Fix the material that needs to be cut on the workbench surface of the laser cutting machine.

2.according to the material and thickness of the metal sheet, the equipment parameters are adjusted accordingly.

3.select the appropriate lens and nozzle, and check it before starting, check its good condition and cleanliness.

4.according to the cutting thickness and cutting needs, the cutting head is adjusted to the appropriate focus position.

5.choose the right cutting gas and check whether the gas ejection state is good.

6.try to cut the material, after the material is cut, check the perpendicularity, roughness and there is no burr hanging slag.

7.analyze the section situation, and adjust the cutting parameters accordingly until the sample section process meets the standard.

8.Programming the workpiece drawings and typesetting the whole board cutting, and importing the cutting software system.

9.adjust the cutting head and focus distance, prepare auxiliary gas, start cutting.

10.the sample for process inspection, if there is a problem, adjust the parameters in time until the cutting meets the process requirements.

Precautions for laser cutting machine

1.do not adjust the position of the cutting head or cutting material when the equipment is cutting, so as to avoid laser burns.

2.in the cutting process, the operator should always observe the cutting process, if there is an emergency, please immediately press the emergency stop button.

3.A handy fire extinguisher should be placed near the equipment to prevent an open fire when the equipment is cut.

4.The operator needs to know the equipment switch, and can close the switch in time in case of emergency.
