Laser cutting machine do this, step dust!

For the daily use of laser cutting machine, it is inevitable to produce a certain amount of dust. And what should we do with all this dust? Taking Leyu laser cutting machine cleaning as an example, the following introduces two dust treatment methods.

1.dry treatment (dry cutting)

It is to add a set of smoke trapping device for the cutting work platform, and the captured smoke is directly transported to the smoke filtration and purification equipment, and then discharged after unified filtration treatment. The smoke produced by cutting is basically formed under the workpiece incision, so the pumped negative pressure cutting platform has become the most common smoke trapping device. In order to save equipment investment and improve the efficiency of air extraction, that is, to achieve a higher amount of dust collection with a smaller amount of air suction - only the area that is in the process of cutting is vacuused, so the cutting platform will be divided into a (uniform) closed small area along the direction of the cutting machine leading rail, and there is an outlet on the side. The working forms of the suction tuyere are divided into side suction type moving suction tuyere and valve type suction tuyere on the side wall of the suction chamber. Among them, the former is widely used because of its simple structure, reliable operation and good dust removal effect.

2.wet treatment (wet cutting)

In fact, it is to make a waterbed cutting platform, place the workpiece in the water or water surface, and then complete the cutting operation under the water or close to the water surface, and use water to capture the smoke generated during the cutting process, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the environment.
