The water inside the water cooler needs to be replaced regularly, and the general replacement frequency is one week. The water quality and water temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water, and control the water temperature below 35℃. Not changing the water for a long time is easy to form scale, which blocks the waterway, so be sure to change the water regularly.

Cooling water is responsible for taking away the heat generated by the laser tube, the higher the water temperature, the lower the optical output power (15-20℃ water temperature is better); When the water is cut off, the heat accumulated in the laser cavity will cause the tube end to burst and even damage the laser power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is smooth at any time. When the water pipe is hard broken (dead bend) or falls off, and the pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power reduction or even damage to the equipment.
Two, dust removal system maintenance
After the fan is used for a long time, a lot of dust will accumulate inside, which will affect the exhaust and odor removal effect, and will also produce noise. When it is found that the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet tube and air outlet tube on the fan, remove the dust inside, and then turn the fan upside down, flip the wind blade inside, until it is clean, and then install the fan. Fan maintenance cycle: about one month.
3.optical path system maintenance
After the machine works for a period of time, the surface of the lens will be glued with a layer of ash due to the working environment, thereby reducing the reflectivity of the reflecting lens and the transmittance of the lens, and ultimately affecting the working power of the laser. At this time, the absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol should be carefully wiped along the center of the lens to the edge of the rotation. The lens should be gently wiped, do not damage the surface coating; The wiping process should be handled gently to prevent falling; Be sure to keep the concave face downward when installing the focusing mirror. In addition, usually minimize the use of ultra-high-speed perforation, the use of conventional perforation can extend the service life of the focusing mirror.
4.transmission system maintenance
During the long-term cutting process of the equipment, dust will be generated. Fine dust will enter the equipment through the dust cover and adhere to the guide rail rack. Long-term accumulation will increase the wear of the guide rail rack. Rack guide rail is a relatively precise accessory, a large amount of dust is deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion points on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to make the equipment work normally and stably and ensure the processing quality of the product, it is necessary to carefully do the daily maintenance of the guide rail and the linear shaft, and regularly do dust removal. After cleaning the dust, it is necessary to put butter on the rack and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. The bearings should also be regularly oiled, so as to keep the drive flexible, accurate processing, and extend the service life of the machine.
5. Working environment
The environment of the workshop should be kept dry, well ventilated, the ambient temperature is 4℃-33℃, pay attention to the prevention of dew in summer, and do a good job of anti-freezing of laser equipment in winter.
The equipment should be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from long-term electromagnetic interference. Stay away from large power and strong vibration equipment sudden large power interference, large power interference will sometimes cause machine failure, although rare, but should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, such as large welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment, should be far away. The strong vibration equipment is more self-evident, such as the forging press, the vibration caused by the walking of close motor vehicles, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable to the precise engraving.
6. Other precautions
In the working process of the equipment, the operator must observe the working condition of the equipment at any time, if there is an abnormal situation, immediately cut off all power supplies, troubleshoot the fault in time or report to the supervisor, and actively take appropriate measures. Regular statistics of the use of the machine, regularly adhere to the record of each part of the laser cutting machine, if the effect is not good, timely replacement, so as to prevent problems.
