1. Nesting software is not used

The nesting software is not used when typesetting and cutting, but it is manually typesetting in the system and cutting according to the sequence of parts. This will result in a large number of scraps after cutting the plate, low utilization rate of the plate, and the cutting path is not optimized, and the cutting time is long, resulting in low production efficiency.

 

2. no automatic cutting process

The fiber laser cutting machine has no automatic cutting process and cutting parameter database on the system. Cutting operators can only manually rely on experience to carry out drawing cutting, cutting can not be automatic perforation and automatic cutting, manual adjustment is required, in the long run, the efficiency of fiber laser cutting machine is naturally low.

3. The cutting power does not match the actual cutting thickness

The corresponding fiber laser cutting machine is not selected according to the cutting reality, such as the actual need to cut 25mm carbon steel plate in large quantities, and choose a 6000W power cutting equipment, the equipment can indeed cut 25mm carbon steel plate, but the cutting speed is slow, and long-term cutting will lead to increased damage rate of lens consumables, and even affect the focusing lens. It is recommended to use 8000W or 10000W power for cutting processing.

4.The use of cutting method is not suitable

When cutting sheet metal, common edge, borrowing edge, bridge and other cutting methods are not used. In this way, the cutting path is long, the cutting time is long, the production efficiency is very low, and the consumption of consumables will also increase, and the cost is high.
