The laser tube of the laser cutting machine does not produce light, there are generally three kinds:
First, is there a reason for not coming out of the light?
Check the water flow of the water circulation system of the laser cutting machine to see whether the pipe of the water outlet has water. Once the water out of the water pipe is normal, this time you can look at how long it takes from the boot to the present, once it is used for half a day or more than two hours, this time you need to check whether there is water on the outer layer of the laser tube, once there is water, it is because the temperature of the water is too high and the laser tube is broken.
Once there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, this time to check the laser welding power supply, there is a red button on the laser welding power supply, press it to see if there is light, once the light is out, it is likely to be the water protection equipment failure, this time you need to check the water protection outlet is blocked, and then completely remove the water protection, as far as possible rinse with water. At this time, pay attention to the water inlet and outlet of water protection, must not be reversed, otherwise it will destroy the laser tube.
The second way is to first connect the PG on the laser welding power supply (connected with a line), but at this time, pay attention to check the water circulation system, the water protection does not respond, and the laser tube will still be damaged. Once the light is still not out, it means that the laser welding power supply is broken, find the manufacturer to replace.
Second, about the reason why the light with the laser tube is getting weaker and weaker?
First of all, the circulation system of the water cooler, if the circulation system is abnormal, you should stop the power to check whether the pump or chiller power supply plug is plugged in. Then, check whether the voltmeter of the laser cutting machine is normal, if it is normal, it is likely to be the problem of the laser tube, find the manufacturer to replace or repair, if the voltmeter is abnormal, it is the problem of the laser welding power supply, find the manufacturer to replace or repair.
Three, gradually start to use no problem, the next day after the boot and no light
First of all, check the water circulation system of the laser cutting machine, and there is no normal water. Then, view the laser cutting machine voltmeter, press the "light" to see whether the voltmeter indicator needle is played out, once it is below 5 MA, indicating that the power supply is broken, find the manufacturer to replace or overhaul.
Next, if the voltmeter is not moving, check whether our laser power switch is on, if it is on, check whether the laser power indicator is on, press the button on the laser welding power supply, and look at the current hand indicator needle, if the indicator needle is moving and less than 5 mA, it is the laser welding power supply is broken. Or emphasize the relatively large light intensity and ultra-small light in the software to 50%, and then press to see if the voltmeter indicates whether the needle is 10-12 MA, if it is not reached, it is the laser welding power supply or the motherboard.
